Where to Begin?

Since the start of the new year, my family has gotten a lot of things done, we started in the basement just getting rid of things, and cleaning things out, and while it still has a ways to go, it has begun to look more spacious, and now we have started on the garage, years ago when I was still in the single digits, we could easily fit 2 cars, but it soon became a storage area, and the cars remained outside, no matter the weather.  Now I'm excited to say we can now fit 1 car and pushing to get the other in before next winter, It's lookin' good!

Now I'm in the process of remodeling my small artspace/ bedroom, I finally purchased some shelving off Amazon that has sat in my cart for nearly 3 years, Yikes! I know right? I just didn't have the gumption to get a move on things, I'd share pictures, but in my excitement I have already rotated and moved furniture so I have no "before" pictures, but will definitely share when I have everything situated.

Honestly, I'm not sure there was a time when I was not busy so far this year, if I wasn't at home taking care of the chores and housework, I was off  babysitting, or working my Substitute teaching job, or taking care of my 3 boys I nanny part time, which I think has to be my favorite job, and a blessing to both me and the parents, I won't deny some days those boys can be hard to handle but through it all I gain experience, and when talking about them in public I refer to them as my Boys.

They Also make for good photography practice!

As to my Art and papercrafting, I haven't had a whole lot of time to do, and as I hope to make digital stamps of my own, I purchased an Intous drawing tablet, which puts my drawings straight to the computer.
Here is my first test drawing
I don't pretend to be a wonderful artist, but I was pretty impressed how this turned out.

My card making has really slacked, I barely got this card done in time for Mothers Day, but I made it! phew!!

I made this card for Junes Challenge over at the Die Cut Diva's Blog, using the feather embossing folder from Kaisercraft who is our Sponsor for the month, and will be offering a prize worth $50 to the winner check it out here ------->

Well that's it for today, thanks for stopping by!

I absolutely love your site.. Excellent colors & theme. Did you
create this web site yourself? Please reply back as I'm attempting to
create my very own blog and want to learn where you
got this from or just what the theme is named. Many thanks!

Whoa! This blog looks exactly like my old one! It's on a entirely different topic but it has pretty much the same layout and design. Wonderful choice of colors!

Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Spending some time and actual effort to
generate a very good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot
and never seem to get anything done.
