Uh oh, Ive gotten behind again! Ever since the Tornado, I haven't been on much or even had time for cards, but I did manage to make 2 scrap pages for my Grandparents 50th Anniversaryof all us cousins, and participate in and ATC swap and 90 minute scrample.
Well I'm off to bed.....or maybe a movie ;) So thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
The first page here is "The Girls" (we out-numbered the boys till just recently ;~) from the ages of 4 to 20
And this Here is "The Guys" from the ages 1 to 22
My Grandma's walls are covered with so many pictures I thought I'd make it more simple with 2 pages, then I realized I only added 2 more to her collection ~oops! : )
The ATC I made was for a swap I entered,
after signing up I was paired with Janet (see her photostream here)and between her and I we decided to go with a flower theme, and after trying one flower stamp after another I finally just went with a small pretty border .
The Final topic isn't card or scrapbook related at all but I just had to share for kicks.
This is my 7 year old sister, in full indian attire imitating the Land O' Lakes logo at my request.
Kirsten who is 7 has been watching too many Daniel Boone shows (with Fess Parker) and has been running around since Christmas pretending she is an indian princess. She likes her outfit so much she is rarely without it. The only thing she was missing was long thick Raven black hair, so just a few weeks ago I purchased a braided wig, (I had to make her take it off, so it wouldn't get ruined to fast).
So the other day while she was sitting at the table I took one look at her, and immediatly thought of the Land O' Lakes Maiden, so I handed her a block of butter from the fridge and asked her to pose for me. I was laughing so hard I could barely take a shot, but finally I did and I think I will have to do a scrap page on this.

Ohh, I think you are going to have to make a scrapbook page with this photo. It really is just perfect... I too loved to be the Indian, only I wasn't the princes, I was always riding the horse (or broom, if you must know). hehehe
I just love that ATC. It is beautiful. Lovely distressing.
I love it! The photo, story, everything! Just too darn cute (your sister) xoxoxoxoxo
Hi, Hannah! What terrific layouts! And I love the story about the photo you took of your sister! Turned out great! :-)
