I'm Addicted!

Help I'm supposed to be making Christmas cards! and posting but I'm addicted to rolling paper flowers!

I've been die cutting daisy and rose rolls, and trying different techniques on them,  the possibilities are endless!  

Here I inked a daisy with worn lipstick distress ink, and sprayed quite heavily with perfect pearls mist, then attached to a bobby pin.

Holiday Bootcamp cards

I know I'm a day late in posting but before I share my work, I would first like to thank our Veterans, past present and future for everything, they have done and do for our country and people. May the flag wave forever!



Today I have 2 cards to share  for my Holiday card boot camp class  Both are Inspired by Kristina Werner and based off her target shopping inspiration.

 

This card is my version of Kristina's video card

And this one here was inspired by a card she picked up at target which was a tree  made out of strips on paper on a white card base, but I added an embossed acetate  window and inked and stamped my scrap pieces.

Getaway day 2 and 3 results

Well I had every intention of posting each day with cards and details, but when you're having a good time (and low on sleep ;) time goes by way to fast. I was up from 3 am to 11:30 pm chatting making cards and snacking on popcorn and soda, so when it was time to head back to our room, I was like "bummer I forgot to post today's events! oh well I'll do it tomorrow"  and when our 3rd and last day came, I was running out of ideas and needing to make cards fast since we had to be out by 4 pm, so by the time we got home I was to tired to unpack, and put everything back so I just went to bed, and did all my unpacking and getting back to normal life on Monday.  And now it is tuesday and I am finally posting all my creations.  all together I made 22 cards and 1 tag!

Oops!!!

I never had the chance to post day 2 and 3 of our getaway! I was spitting so many cards out, and chatting I completly forgot till 11:30 pm and by then I really needed some sleep since I was up since 3:30 am on day 2.... But I am home now and need to unpack and re organize tomorrow, then I'll post all my pictures and get going on Holiday card boot camp :) I'm so exited I can't wait to get started!

Get away day 1

Good evening all, I'm back yet again for a while (I Hope) I apologize for such random and inconsistent posting.
  Right now I'm staying at a hotel for a scrapbook getaway!  today being the first of 3!
 Mom took me here last year for my birthday and we really enjoyed it, so I got it as a gift again this year.
As of right now I have been making cards for 9 and a half hours, and so far I have 7 projects done but I don't have my light box set up, with me so I just took a quick group shot, and I will take separate pictures when I return home Sunday evening, and post Monday.
